Technical Assistance
CEB, Technical Assistance for the provision of capacity-building measures to the Ministry of Health in Turkey for the Strengthening Healthcare Infrastructure for All (SHIFA) project.
- The purpose of the consultancy services is to strengthen institutional capacities by providing support to the Ministry of Health and associated institutions with the implementation of the project.
- The consultant will establish and manage a robust monitoring system for the project (Monitoring Management Information System - MMIS), including project risk management capabilities and reporting outputs on the MMIS and risk management.
- Under this assignment, the consultant will provide services under the work packages (WPs) described above WPs.

Provision of the The Team Leader who will oversees, inter-alia, the supply of the services described in this specification, within the deadlines laid down by the Technical Proposal and Inception Report to be prepared, and is in charge of quality control and technical management aspects of the contract as well as his duties as an Expert.
Design and Supervision of Capital Ore Tanzania, Coal Analysis Laboratory & Head Office in Songea, Ruvuma
The laboratory was designed to provide professional coal analysis for the Ruvuma region coal industry.
- The building was reinforced concrete with perlite-covered fireproof walls up to 1400 C Deg. Total construction area is 650 m2 designed as per DIN Norms, with 7 rooms, accommodation, and offices. 2 rooms for the laboratory.
- The building was designed to support sensitive testing equipment requirements. The HVAC system and electrical system were intended to help delicate testing equipment and test environment. Storing of samples and testing records were taken into consideration during design.
- HQ was designed to accommodate sufficient work space for executives with 5 administrative staff, and their requirements were taken into consideration.

- Final design services including all elements of the design.
- Tender documentation including BoQ, cost estimation, technical specification, and requirement.
